CARE4 - International Scientific Nursing and Midwifery Congress, Third Edition - 4-6 February 2019 - Leuven, Belgium

We are delighted that the 3rd CARE4 - International Scientific Nursing and Midwifery Congress is held in Leuven, a dynamic city in the heart of Europe. As one of Flanders' oldest and most historically significant cities, with a large palate of cafés, restaurants, cultural institutions and shopping neighborhoods, Leuven attracts residents, students, business and visitors from all over the world. Today Leuven is a bona fide 'student city'. The majority of Leuven's inhabitants during the academic year are students. KU Leuven (University of Leuven) is the largest and oldest university of the Low Countries, the world's oldest Catholic university still in existence in the world, and one of Europe's premier research universities.

The organization of the third edition of CARE4 is a partnership of the Academic Centre for Nursing and Midwifery, University of Leuven; the University Centre for Nursing and Midwifery, Ghent University; and Nursing and Midwifery Sciences, University of Antwerp; together with the University Colleges Karel de Grote Antwerp, Artesis Plantijn Antwerp, the HZ University of Applied Sciences Vlissingen (the Netherlands) and the Flemish Association of Midwives (VBOV).

We offer a program of distinguished keynote speakers, submitted oral, poster and symposia presentations on broad scientific issues in nursing and midwifery with a focus on “High quality care 4 the future: Nurses and midwives taking the lead”.

We are honored to invite experts to present their scientific work and are pleased to welcome an international community of nursing and midwifery researchers and practitioners.

Please join us 4-6 February 2019 in the amazing City of Leuven!
